1. How many children can ride in 1 hour?
About 10 - 15 children can ride in about an hour. If you have more children, it is less expensive to have a second pony rather than an another hour.
2. What kind of space do you require?
We can do pony rides just about anywhere, front yard, back yard, sidewalks, cul-de-sacs, etc. For the petting zoo we need a 10'x10' fairly flat area to set up in. Our fence is portable and flexible. We also need a space to park our pickup and horse trailer close.
3. How far in advance do we need to book our party?
Book your party as soon as you know the date. We fill up quickly and try our best to accommodate everyone, but it is first come, first served.
4. Do you charge a travel fee?
No. Our prices are based on distance so travel is included.
5. Can you decorate the ponies?
Yes, we can decorate the ponies with flowers, hats, wings, unicorn horns, etc. We can also paint some ponies colors to match your theme. There is a $25 charge for painting the ponies.
6. How large an event can you do?
We can accommodate large festivities.
7. How do I book a party?
Either call or text us at (831) 521-9304 or use the "contact us" tab above to email us, to make sure the date and time is available. We require a $50 deposit payable by credit card or PayPal. The deposit goes toward the price of the party. The deposit is non refundable. The party may be rescheduled with a 1 week notice up to 1 year. In case of inclement weather the party can be rescheduled up to one year.
8. Can my party be held in a public park?
It is your responsibility to obtain approval from the park, usually city, county or state. We are insured and will be happy to provide proof of insurance. If they require being named as an additional insured, there is a $50 charge (that is what our insurance charges).
